Stewardship

Making Disciples of All Ages

Building Bridges

Our 2019 Stewardship Ministry Emphasis is underway!  We are inviting you to be a part of a bold and exciting initiative to maintain our ministry excellence, offer new worship opportunities, and dramatically increase our outreach and connection to young people and young families.

Saturday/Sunday, September 28/29, Corey Sjoquist began our emphasis by encouraging continued ministry excellence as we engage in a variety of ministries that make a difference in many lives.  Excellence yes, but it’s not really us – it’s God at work!  Hear his reflections by clicking here.

To learn more about excellence in ministries, check out the information on this Sunday’s bulletin insert – download it right here.

Saturday/Sunday, October 5/6, and it’s week two of our stewardship emphasis.  We share the plan to begin a Wednesday evening worship, and to do it well. Not a rerun of Sunday, but a fresh new adventure in Word, music, and Sacrament. Steve and Jen share their excitement, and Pastor Jon explains a bit more about this year’s emphasis.  Get it all, right here.

The bulletin insert shares more about our plans – you can get it by clicking here.

Saturday/Sunday, October 12/13, and it’s week three of our stewardship emphasis. We share our dream to move our youth director position from very part time to full time. Jeff Rich shares how, even though his kids have grown up, he still cares deeply for youth ministry inside the congregation, and for the ways this ministry can reach out into the community around us.  Youth ministry that makes a difference in the lives of kids and families is a priority for Jeff, and he challenges us to be a part of this new, bold initiative.  Watch it right here!
